The restaurant for this issue is the romantic and tastefully chic Japanese restaurant Japonais. Japonais' modern contemporary setting has high ceilings and red sofas which are completely comfortable.
Their menu offers a large variety of entrees including their unique Sushi rolls.
We ordered:
-seaweed salad
-chef specialties sushi rolls
-crispy shrimp and salmon.
As a main course we ordered:
-the rock (our favorite dish of all). The Rock is thin sliced marinated new york strip cooked on a hot rock presentation. You can pair this with white rice,
-vegetables or any of the sides.
-crab cake which was simple but tasty
If it’s your first time here, you should definitely go downstairs and visit Japonais lounge. It is just as chic as the restaurant chic and also offers a dinner menu with some changes to it. While eating dinner here, you are able to listen to great music, pour down great drinks and enjoy the lake view.
The dessert menu offers you a delicious Chocolate Coffee Doughnuts (for all you chocolate lovers), they are perfectly shaped circular doughnuts, with hot chocolate placed on the inside. This tasty desert comes with a green tea semi-fredo. If you’re not that into chocolate then you should try the Apple Toban Yaki, or the Passion Fruit Tart.

It’s officially that time of the year. A day to spend with your special someone, friends or family. There’s no reason to get mellow if you don’t have a partner, Valentines could be fun for all of us!
If you plan to stay with your friends you could:
- Make a dinner for all your friends
- Watch a romantic movie together
- Go out for drinks and meet new people
For your special someone:
- MAKE reservation beforehand, and go out to a great restaurant, ( Japonais) :P
- Cook dinner and decorate the house with rose petals and more
For people away from you:

Hold on to your winter hats because there is a new craze sweeping men and women alike. But take caution this one is only for the brave who dare to stand out and be different with no shame to their game.
Call it what you want but the Mohawk/half shaved - ram inspired look has become more popular in 2009 and 2010. We have seen stars like Briney shaving their heads and it was most definitely not a good look for her. However, if you dare to be bold and decide to go bald, we suggest you take tips from stars such as Rihanna (who always turns heads with her bold and super risky fashion choices) Kelis or Cassie as they have managed to shave half their hair off and not look absolutely crazy.

Whats up with people holding back until Feb 14?
It's that time of year again. You know, the one where all the single people pretend it doesn't bother them and couples become annoyingly nervous and try to woo their partners.
Once a year men are forced to be " creative" but the majority of them will end up purchasing $2 cards and $10 boxes of chocolates (if you're that lucky).
Really?? Once a year? Is that all? ONE great day where you prepare and put thought into your better half/boo/ lovers happiness. All the money spent, all the pressure and anticipation causes unnessesary stress.
Here at ChiSoNe we believe that you should shower your better half/boo/ lovers with gifts at any time, any place and anyhow. If you see a nice pair of earrings or want to book a romantic getaway there is no need to wait. Who says you have to wait?
If you gave your partner a box of chocolates or a card telling them how much you loved them on the 16th of September would it be less meaningful? NO!
Just because your local grocery store, television set and perhaps even your computer tells you to, it does not necessarily mean there is something odd about you if you decide not to celebrate this day.
But if you enjoy showering the one with gifts and treats why wait? Do what you want when you want to. Whatever you believe that love is, I think we can all agree that it doesn't come in the shape of a hallmark card and it isn't expected to only be celebrated on February 14th.
